A Good Day

A fleeting moment, a lazy electronian, a potential for something big. He was unique, just like every one of the electronians around him. They were a tribe, a vicious tribe of mobile and highly energetic beings. And every great force has an opponent that rises to the challenge. The protonians were not easily subdued, they believed in the positive force of the universe.

The two tribes were forever locked in a dance of death. There were sparrings that sometimes went on for ages with the two armies forever trying to circle each other. But there was an undeniable attraction between the two, for how else would you explain the fact that they never went too far from each other.

But leaving the nucleo-politics of their world far behind, let us see what was going on inside...

The lazy electronian woke to an electric life, the leader was calling. A nanosecond later, having gathered enough energy to break the bonds of the surrounding, he rose to the occasion. Soon, there were followers, almost like a cult, more and more electronians joined our guy. It was now a huge tide of mass and energy screaming down a path, the path. The path of their destiny.

And just when it seemed like you were bored of watching them run, a twist in the tale. A huge ravine in the path. And yet they did not slow, they did not speed up. Our guy was the first to reach the edge and in a flash he turned into, well, a flash. And as your eyes adjust to the brightness, you realize you're in the middle of a war, there was a tide of protonian carriers. With nothing but holes in their souls, they met on the chasm and then there was nothing but fire and smoke.

Greater things were afoot in the universe......
